2. You can schedule a shipment with collection to the address or location of your choice.  When you accept and pay for your shipment, we will send you two labels and the next business day your box will be collected, with final destination to Mexico.​

YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS WHEN YOU MAKE A SHIPPING

Minimum Shipping Per Package: 
1 to 10 Lbs (our prices include the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance).

Maximum Shipment Per Package:
150 Lbs per package

Packaging: 
Each customer will ensure that the package is securely Sealed/Protected in proper cartons. Televisions, computers, or any other electronics must travel in their original packing carton.

Processing Time:
10-15 business days. Not counting Saturdays and Sundays. It takes 3 to 5 business days from the time it is collected at the customer's address (or agency) and then taken to the warehouse at customs in TEXAS. The 15 business days apply once the boxes are shipped from Texas.

SECURITY
All packages will be: REVISITED AND PASSED BY X-RAY SCANNER, to verify that the rules are complied with, if not sending prohibited items upon detection of something illegal the package will be confiscated and there will be no refund. In addition, the corresponding authorities will be notified.

THE LIMITS OF OUR COMPETENCE:  
1. We do not include customs duties in the cost.  Your loved ones will have to pay in Mexico up to a percentage higher than the shipping cost.
2. They have greater restrictions on box sizes. 
3. They do not admit a large quantity of products.
4. They do not provide insurance on most packages to Mexico.

INCIDENT
In the event of an incident, whether partial loss or damage, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving your package and send all the corresponding evidence. All requirements must be met in order to continue the investigation process of your claim.
